Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CORE, provided by DV SOFT. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

CORE (Company Operations & Reporting Engine) is a hosted company operations platform. Features depend on the plan you choose and may change over time.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your administrators, the users you add and the activity in your workspace. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of any misuse.

Orders and billing

Your workspace is set up within 6–24 hours after payment is received. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Plans are priced by company size; larger organisations should contact sales.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other clients' data, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend workspaces that put the service or others at risk.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. You can export your data and ask for deletion when you leave.

Availability and liability

We work to keep CORE available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
