What is CORE?
CORE is the Company Operations & Reporting Engine by DV SOFT: one place for how your company runs. It covers daily work reports with review and approval, projects and tasks, CEO and department dashboards, KPIs, marketing, a sales CRM and a telecalling console.
How does the daily report approval work?
An employee submits a report, their Team Lead reviews it (approve or return for changes), and the Manager gives the final approval. Each step is recorded with who and when.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Every client gets its own workspace address and its own database. Nothing is shared between companies.
How do I get my workspace?
Pick a plan, place your order and pay online or by bank transfer / UPI. Your workspace is set up within 6–24 hours after payment, and we email you the moment it is ready. You can follow the progress on your order page.
How can I pay?
Online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking) or by bank transfer / UPI to our account. Share the transaction reference on your order page and we confirm it. GST invoices are issued for every order.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. A role and permission matrix lets you decide per role which pages and actions are available, and data is scoped to the reporting hierarchy.
Can I export my data?
Reports can be exported to CSV at any time. Ask us if you need a full export.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes, on every screen. It follows your choice and is remembered in your browser.
How do I sign in later?
Use "Sign in" at the top of this site, enter your workspace address or work email, and we will take you to your workspace login.
How do I get help?
Email us or use the contact form. Paid plans include priority support, and the Enterprise plan adds onboarding and training.
