• Enquiries and sign-ups: name, work email, phone, company and the message you send us.
• Workspace data: the business information your team enters into your CORE workspace.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To respond to your requests, provision and operate your workspace, provide support, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

Your workspace data

Each client's data is stored in a separate database. Your administrators control who can access it. We access it only to provide support or when you ask us to.

Retention and deletion

We keep information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to export or delete your workspace data.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted passwords, audit logging and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
